Production Process
First, make precise cuts according to the drawings (flame cutting, plasma cutting or laser cutting can be used), and then assemble the cut steel parts through positioning fixtures to ensure that the dimensional tolerance meets the design requirements; after assembly, arc welding, gas shielded welding and other welding processes are used to make a firm connection, and the welds need to be tested by ultrasonic or X-ray; the welded structural parts need to be mechanically rust-removed by sandblasting, shot blasting and other mechanical rust removal treatments to achieve Sa2.5 surface cleanliness; finally, according to the application scenario, choose surface treatment processes such as spraying epoxy primer, galvanizing or fluorocarbon topcoat to form an integrated anti-corrosion and decorative protective layer. The entire process must strictly implement the ISO 3834 welding quality system and ISO 12944 anti-corrosion standards to ensure the mechanical properties and durability of steel structural parts.
